The Following are our Terms & Conditions, please have a read of the information under the relevant headings so that you can rest assured that you will always receive quality products and services from our small business!

On Booking Our Services


Please Note An Appointment Is Required To Attend All Of Our Holistic Treatments & Readings, please call us on 07751546321 alternatively online booking is available via Calendly or call Real-time calendar status available on booking link here (https://calendly.com/bctreikiandgifts) Valid only for option that has been pre-booked unless the Therapist agrees to add-in other services, which will be dependent on the relevant tools been readily available. The therapist (Reuben Lyran Healer) will ensure the quality and care of the advertised goods and services. (We also accept bookings via our Social Media Outlets.)


Cancellation Of Our Services


Please note that at least 24 hours notice must be given to BCTREIKIANDGIFTS expressly via phone call, text message or email if for any reason you cannot attend your Holistic treatment or Psychic Reading, Workshop or Course. For cancellations contact us on 07751546321 or blackcattreasury@gmail.com.

Cancellations made prior to the 24 hour window are rescheduled with no penalty. Cancellations made without 24 hours’ notice but prior to the start of the session incur a late-cancellation fee which will be a third of the amount of the service you have booked. No-shows or cancellations made after the start of the session incur the full fee.


(Furthermore deposits on any of the aforementioned services are non-refundable and will be kept if you do not attend your treatment, reading, workshop or course even if the correct notice has been given.)


Disclaimer - For Complementary/Holistic Therapies


By Attending our sessions you understand that the services provided by the Reiki Master & Sekhem Master Reuben Lyran Healer are intended to provide relaxation, reduce stress and to promote well-being.


You understand completely that the services provided during the treatment sessions are in no way a substitute for traditional medical treatment or advice. You will be fully aware that your chosen Reiki/Sekhem practioner will not offer any diagnosis or recommend any medical treatment or prescription.


You understand that you must continue to have regular medical check-ups as part of your overall personal health care plan; and you should contact your owncertified and licensed medical doctor/health care professional for any physical or psychological ailments or concerns that you may have in order to get proper medical advice.


You Agree and understand that your participation in this Holistic Therapy is voluntary and that at any time during a session you can choose to end your participation. You also understand that you may experience 'Self-healing reactions' during the 48 hours following a energetic treatment.


You understand that any information exchanged during any session is educational in nature and is to be used at your own discretion. You also understand that any information imparted during these sessions is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone without your express permission.


Finally you understand that by attending you will be asked to sign a treatment consent form providing us with your informed consent, confiming to us that you assume full responsibility for participation in our Reiki/Sekhem treatment sessions and you hold harmless both your chosen Reiki/Sekhem Master Practioner/Therapist and the facility/location where the services are provided.


Returns and Cancellations Of Products

We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. Whether your item is no longer required, damaged or has developed a fault our customer services team are available to help.


Returns – Unwanted items

You have the option to return products up to 7 days after delivery in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. You will be responsible for the cost of the shipping back and a 20% restocking fee will apply once goods are checked and repackaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on orders that have been custom made on a commission basis although we are more than happy to make changes to items of jewellery etc so that you are more than satisfied with your purchase.

To arrange a return, please call 07751546321 any time between 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday. If you’re trying to contact us outside of these hours, email blackcattreasury@gmail.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns can only be processed with proof of purchase. This can be the sales receipt, a bank statement or an online sales invoice. Please provide your order number when you return a product.


Damaged products

It is rare that products arrive damaged, but if they do please contact us immediately on 07751546321 to report it. If a product arrives damaged you can refuse it at the point of delivery and it will be returned to us.

Please check your delivered items as soon as they arrive and report any damaged or missing items as soon as possible.


Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted if they are made before the purchased item has been despatched. If the item has already been posted then please see our returns policy.

Basis of Sale

It is possible for you to check and amend any details you input whilst making your order, until you confirm payment. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in the Order placed by you.

Once you have submitted an order you will be given an Order Reference Number and the details of the products you have ordered. You will receive confirmation via email. You will later receive a second email confirming details on how your products will be delivered to you.

Any quotation provided by us is valid for a maximum period of three days from it’s date, unless we withdraw it at an earlier time.


Price and Payment


All of our prices are in GBP.

The total order cost will be the price of the ordered products, the delivery charge (where applicable), plus any other charges agreed with you in writing, (via txt, email, or social media messaging.)

Prices include VAT.

Payment is deducted once an order is submitted.


(If Ordering Over the Telephone Or Social Media We will send you a secure and easy to use payment link via Izettle. Alternatively We can accept payments via PayPal please let us know straight away if this is your chosen method payment and we will promptly send you our PayPal details.)


Delivery


Our Posted delivery prices will vary per item or group of items due to the size or weight of the purchased item or items. Delivery charges will be listed on each product description.


We also offer free local delivery on Purchases over Fifteen Pounds Pounds. (Free Local delivery will be arranged with the buyer for delivery at a time that is convenient for us.)
